This search and staffing subsidiary of the public accounting firm has been in business over 20 years. We have a small but mighty team and the culture is fantastic. I've worked with previous staffing agencies where I've dealt with quite toxic, unprofessional environments, but that couldn't be further from the culture here.

Cons

We are smaller than some other agencies, but we work hard and have great leadership.

Pros

Good company with good people. Midsize firms such as Baker Tilly give assurance staff the ability to learn all parts of the audit. Nice facilities, and for the most part the amount you travel will be based on your preferences. Great flexibility if you are a top performer. Overall, I would recommend Baker Tilly if you want experience in public accounting.

Cons

No bonuses. Pay is decent, but nothing exceptional for the amount of hours put in.
