Pros

It should be that we are small and take care of our employees. Work on it! Make the work force feel special.

Cons

The company has a weak training program for new hires. We are not encouraged to take employees to lunch or dinner after extra long hours during busy season. Managers are more concerned about managing up vs helping the rest of the employees. Poor 360 review process. Poor HR engagement.

Friendly coworkers, nice office, flexibility with working remote, good health benefit options, option to contribute to projects outside of job description and learn new skills and learn more about other departments

Cons

Training was very informal, not consistent, and almost comprehensively on the job training with no classroom training options.
