Pros

Lots of upward mobility. If you put in good work consistently, you're on your way to promotions on a shorter cycle than otherwise would in the corporate world. Full of smart young professional who are competitive and ambitious.

Cons

Pay not as good as in larger consulting firms, but definitely better than corporate. Faster-paced than corporate, so people coming in from slow moving corporate world may find difficult to adjust to the pace. Works harder and longer hours than corporate. Compared to bigger consulting firms, BT has to charge lower rates to be competitive, so benefits package and perks aren't as good as big consulting firms, and very vigilant and picky about expense items billed to clients. Not as many interesting projects to select from as in a big consulting firm.
