Work place environment is a law suit waiting to happen. The younger male employees are just following the partners lead.

Salary- they pay well, can't argue. People- the people in my office are terrific to work with. Can't say that for all offices, but where I work, there is a good atmosphere. Advancement- the way the firm is doing right now, there is plenty of room for advancement if you're willing to put in the work

Cons

Management- seems extremely out of touch Prestige- management is trying to make the Big 4 the Big 5, but there are a lot of people that like the size of the company right where it's at Work/Life Balance - there is none, see comment above

Benefits are great - maternity leave is paid for 10 weeks Flexible work environment - easy to shift hours and work remotely to accomodate schedule Great people to work with Competitive pay Lots of small everyday perks (vary slightly from office to office depending on what the office has decided on) Continuing to grow and expand locations

Cons

Can have tight deadlines - pretty standard for any accounting firm Career moves can be limited for non-client facing employees, but this has improved greatly over the past few years
