the interpersonal atmosphere was somewhat relaxed

Cons

lied about remote work constant "lateral moves" that somehow ended up with more responsibility but no pay raise or title change. illegal practices essentially equating to fraud (enterprise software license abuse) cronyism in the extreme no internal mobility. low pay for the job duties. very low hiring rates for PoC and somehow they always seemed to be blamed for "behavioral issues"

Remote work with work equipment provided.

Cons

Horrible customer base and worse management. Attempted multiple times to plan out my schedule vs my 9-5 weeks ahead of time. Was constantly reminded how "important" surveys were instead of creating solutions. When a survey is 7 or less, that is a deterant. I got to the point I didn't ask for them anymore

Diversity? - slowly become yes. but you can tell the majority of it Favoritism? - yes. if you know how to mingle and please people then you love it there. Salary? - no comment, i guess just depends. Event/social activities - not bad Workload? - pretty much yes.
