Pros

Lots of opportunities for advancement. Employees are treated with respect and salaries/benefits are in-line with industry standards (perhaps a bit lower).

Cons

Like other firms, over-emphasis on billable hours, which can worry staff who really have little control over what they can/cannot bill. Depending on area of focus, hours can be demanding. Overall, however, work/life balance options do exist.

Pros

- Very nice office. - Many smart, good people to work with. - Opportunity to lead engagements early in career. - Opportunity to conduct audit from planning to wrap-up as staff. - Much of the work is challenging.

Cons

- Poor Leadership. Many Partners are dishonest and misleading. - Poor work/life balance with excessive travel. - Low employee morale, many people frustrated with leadership. - Company rarely promotes from within. They heavily recruit people from Big 4. - Not a fun place to work. No team building events. Bad place for young people to work. - Very clicky, and nepotism dominates. If you don't align yourself with the right people, you won't get ahead here. - It is difficult to be successful if you get put on projects that were underbid and that are impossible to achieve realization.
