      Pros

      Baker Tilly is one of the few firms (to my knowledge) that offer a full remote experience to its workers, which is a huge plus.

      Cons

      Workload is largely dependent on which teams/which managers you have. Some managers can juggle multiple things very well and assign work accordingly, some have trouble keeping up with things when it gets busy, which can negatively impact you. While the firm is very adamant that it values a healthy work life balance, it can be highly variable week to week.
