Pros
Able to take good time off in the summer. Pleasant coworkers.
Cons
The company is growing quickly, but not increasing staff at the same rate. Thus, year in and year out your workload increases. Too high of standards for it’s employees that are usually just out of school. Management states that it is impossible to get the highest rating in a performance review in your first year as a senior. Doesn’t matter if you are put in an impossible situation out of your control, they will still blame you if you can’t hit deadlines.
