      Pros

      Depending on your office, you can get a decently fun team to work with. Good learning experiences.

      Cons

      Significantly less pay than pretty much anywhere else. You're encouraged to eat your time, even if it's not your fault, and work upwards of 80 hours during busy season which for the last 2 years feels like is all year round. I don't get why the pay here is so below the market value of other places including other public accounting firms. It would be a decent place to work if they got their hours and pay under control.
