Pros

Good to start your career when you have a lot of energy (you’ll need it) People around you are mostly young and enthusiastic. The charolas bar is cool and cheap. (Well is not a bar it the restaurant of the company).

Cons

They declare minimum salary to the social security which is a legal breach but is not ethically correct. They make you to work on weekends for support and they may replenish the day (or may not) They don’t pay that good They will see you in a bad manner if you leave the office on time (if any time you have the chance), and they have a time checker so that you arrive early on time. You are fully replazable at any time no matter how many years you work there or what you do.
