From muy experience, no pros.

Cons

This bank in particular in a complete mess on the inside. Everyone seems to believe they own all your time and resources, just for the compensation they give you. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're in a hurry to catch a job (since they have a high turnover, they're always hiring).
