Grown up atmosphere with experienced recruiters who possess excellent sector and recruitment knowledge Great salary and bonus structure Flexibility in working arrangements and a good work life balance Focus on collaboration and quality over quantity

Cons

if any, the offices, location is perfect but they are a bit old.

Pros

Barclay Simpson has a collaborative, professional and successful environment. Reward is good. Several of those who have progressed to leadership roles have been rewarded with equity. The profit share scheme builds collaboration whilst still now also, with with recent tweaks, drives performance. Some highly successful teams.

Cons

Outdated offices and poor IT but both of these are being dealt with.
