      Pros

      Great benefits they are located in a good location with easy transportation by bus or shared vans. Team oriented good programs both inside and outside the company

      Cons

      Advancement slow recognition is very slow. Need faster paths to change management should take more classes on team building and inclusion

      Pros

      The employee stock purchase program is very good!! My department allows us to work from home multiple times per week. Also some team members are allowed to work from other Baxter offices if needed to accommodate their schedule.

      Cons

      Offices are far north. A lot of employees. It might be easy to get lost in the crowd it is imperative to have a manager/team that's fosters your development.

      Pros

      I believe Baxter has a way of finding the right spot for the talent. The pay + benefits are acceptable but I wouldn't call them extremely competitive.

      Cons

      Difficult to move vertically in some groups, reorganizing seems more common.
