Shocking middle management structure, many woefully inadequate managers who were promoted based on been so long in company . Everyone fearful of job security and afraid to open their mouth. Every decision made is based on greed for more money, no forward planning whatsoever, everything is sales and we'll worry about the rest. If you want to feel bullied and be treated like your useless Baxter is the place for you.
