      work life balance, hybrid / flexible working arrangements, leadership, products, people, mission & vision, product diversity, inclusion & diversity, growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Overworked at times, projects have little wiggle room with budget, too high expectations, tight budgets, minimal room for allowing flexibility in programs, can be reactive at times, etc.
