      It was the Greatest of Great during my time under W Illiam Graham and later Vernon Loucks

      Pros

      Back in the good old days each and every one was treated like " one of the Baxter family" the Janitor had the same healthcare benefits I had as a middle manager.

      Cons

      Cannot thing of any down sides, but some internal politics starting coming in after Graham/Loucks influence was weaning away as contemporary Gantz III started getting powerful politically.
