- Every minute of your workday is tracked. They’ll tell you patients/customers come first but then you’ll get dinged for taking breaks late because you were busy assisting patients/customers. - Lack of communication. We were left in the dark with what’s going within our department and the company. - We were always understaffed and expected to meet the same “metrics” of a full team. - Customer service cannot participate in company wide activities/events if they’re during business hours.
