Pros

Decent benefits, comparable time off for industry standard. Really good parental leave policies (12 weeks bonding for both parents plus some for birthing parents).

Cons

Lack of direction for the company, pay is not competitive. Really toxic culture. General intolerance for diversity and not an inclusive place to work.

Thank you for sharing your experience about your time at as an R&D Engineer at Baxter. We're glad you enjoyed the benefits we offer, including parental leave. However we're very saddened to read about your view on the company direction and culture which we will take note of and use to continually improve. We take comments around intolerance for diversity very seriously and will look into this further.
