Pros

Working for a fortune 500 company solely for saying you work for the company. Health insurance is decent and 4 weeks of PTO is nice. Working from home 2-3 days a week is also nice.

Cons

If you don't put a limit on your work load, they will just pile it out and not care how burnt out the employee is. There's not enough recognition for the work you do and will scrutinize everything you do incorrectly. Severely under paid for the current economy while upper management continues to get their bonuses and raises.

Thanks for being a Routing Specialist in Round Lake and mentioning growth in other departments. Being a global workplace, we have multiple opportunities to move up and laterally, and we truly appreciate you highlighting this and of course - our good teammates. We hire the best, and our wonderful teams are the core of our business. Regarding your stationary role, we recommend walking or standup meetings to help and take your breaks. Thanks so much again for the review!
