Pros
BeiGene will compensate you very well at the director level and above. Their medical benefits are top notch, and the annual equity awards are great. The ability to work remote every day is a top benefit too.
Cons
BeiGene has a horrible work culture. They work you to death and provide you with limited resources or applications to enable your success. Its extremely hard to get things done, plus you have to work early mornings or nights to accommodate your colleagues in China. There is also zero commitment to DEI. No employee resource groups, or inclusion collaboration opportunities. Just coffee chats with no measurable value.
