Extremely toxic environment. Escalates up and leadership doesn't do anything about. Manager closes an eye and kisses up to management. Extreme favoritism. Everyone for themsleves. Can't trust anyone. Told my concerns during exit interview. No changes has been made (as expected). Was worried when reading Glassdoor reviews, but can now confirm this is all true. Learn from me. Please.

Toxic managers across all functions make decisions based on personal relationships instead of qualifications. No work life balance due to early morning and late night meetings. Hierarchical decision making.

Pay high initially get you through the door.

Cons

Inexperienced management who haven't managed the quick company expansion well at all which has led to a toxic environment. Make a little mistake and it'll be escalated to the highest level. You feel like walking on egg shells every day and go to bed stressed as there is a culture of blame. Micro management Excessive workload
