The people and what they are trying to do is amazing.

Cons

There is no work-life balance and there's a lot of lip service to them trying to fix it but it feels like smoke with no fire to back it up.

Benefit package is good, salary is fine considering the current climate.

Cons

My first red flag was the company wide email we received telling (yes telling) us to give the company a positive review on Glassdoor in order to get the rating up. The second red flag was during company indoctrination (orientation) when the CEO told us his dream would be for all employees to live in the same neighborhood (see: Don’t Worry Darling). The third, was finding out employees are to be available from 7am - 11pm. No way. I can’t get out fast enough. Save yourself while you can.
