A majority of the people at BeOne are nice people and the office in San CArlos is pretty nice.

Cons

Unfortunately the culture has changed so much. They are trying to be big pharama and it is a fail. The culture has become toxic. So toxic, many people are looking to leave or have been asked to leave. They are now scaling back on equity and bonuses were down this year, even though the earnings were finally decent. There is no promotions given except for certain men. Also, there is a launch this year, but then nothing for 3-4 years. the company is going to go through some tough times very soon.

You can learn as much about clinical operations that you want to. You can apply yourself as much or as little as you prefer.

Cons

No career pathways for promotion for this role. You can excel in your role and extend yourself, but you cannot get promoted at this company unless you're a "favorite" of the moment.

Friendly team-oriented work environment with opportunity to work remotely. Company has grown a lot over the past 7-8 years, but controlled growth. Leadership is judicious with growth - sensible and necessary growth. Entrepreneurial environment, but becoming more formalized as the company grows and requires more structure.

More formal processes being introduced as company grows and requires more structure. Not really a con.
