This is the first company I've worked at that has had a sincere dedication to its mission. Most Pharma companies talk about patients, but BeiGene goes a step further pricing its drugs lower than every other company. The company's mission to provide drugs to patients at a cost they can afford, regardless of where they live in the world, really resonates with me. I feel proud working here. John Oyler is my favorite CEO since Art Levinson, when he was with Genentech. The benefits are excellent and the culture is collaborative and diverse.

The people! Probably the smartest, most dedicated and growth-minded in the biz. This company has changed a lot in my time here and is growing into an established, well-known biotech that is quite unique in its purpose and its approach. I can't wait to see what's next.
