Company with a bright future and a strong pipeline of potentially innovative medicines. Gaining a strong foothold in the US market. Well funded and able to invest in the "next big thing".

Cons

Inexperienced senior management not suited for taking the company to the next level although they are bringing in more seasoned management. Work Life Balance not great although it is improving through localizing much of the work and adding more resources.

Good oncology experience. Good experience with other aspects of trial and resources to learn. Provide health benefits and stock shares.

Cons

Salary not as competitive as other pharmas HR is backwards. Too many new hires but lack of process. Not sure how much interest the managers have for your growth.
