I recently joined BeiGene and I could not be happier to have made the move. The people and work environment are incredibly supportive and patient wile i learn the new role. The onboarding process was seamless and easy to get through. the training and mentorship have been wonderful. BeiGene has great benefits, great vacation, 2 weeks quiet time, and competitive pay!

Patient driven above all else. Cross collaboration is honored and encouraged across business units. Great Health insurance and 401k benefits and ESPP. Really healthy company culture where you truly feel valued as an employee
