Cons

Growing pains typical of any maturing company. Internal promotion is not common for senior positions (director and above). They seem to want to bring a lot of senior talent from outside mature pharma companies to help grow the company.

The company is working tirelessly to create novel therapies to serve the needs of patients globally. It is truly a global company with a global mission !

As the company is growing quickly, the existing processes need to be optimized and made more efficient. In efficient processes are leading to overheads and excessive work and burn out !
