Pros

Comp & ben including stock program is great, best I've seen in the industry. Hybrid work is the norm, you can expect to have more flexibility than most other places. Enthusiastic colleagues everywhere who came here for the same reason I did: rethinking the pharma approach to heme/onc to ensure more patients globally can access truly innovative medicines.

Cons

Company has gone through rapid growth and still experiences some growing pains. Like all companies we are still adapting to hybrid work and not all layers of management have realized what it takes to build and nurture relationships, which is the lifeblood of any organization.

Team is very well set up for remote work with no looming doom to go back into the offices. CEO is very communicative and transparent with the on-goings of the company.

Cons

Company is growing to achieve profitability, thus, there is currently an ask to curb unnecessary spending, which includes educational costs.
