      work-life balance is great and has good benefits.

      Cons

      No career growth, less visibility (since it's remote), and disorganized/confused higher management.

      Competitive compensation Company pays a significant portion of insurance premiums 2 "focus" weeks (1 in July and 1 in December) to let employees decompress and spend time with family 4 weeks PTO Company has two successful products and an immense pipeline that is positioning BeiGene for long-term growth Remote / hybrid work culture Smart and talented senior leadership team

      I can't think of any, but I suppose some people may not be cut out for a fast-paced culture
