      There were a lot of different types of work making it possible to gain a lot of different experience.

      Pros

      Great team to work with. The people are chosen as self-motivated and inovative so they are good to learn from.

      Cons

      Fairly heavy control of process. Often made it less than agile. A lot of hierarchy that made it difficult to make decisions. Overwhelming quantity of process documents which are rarely seen by engineers.
