- slow career growth and years before you can be promoted - politics - hard to provide feedback to managers and get mentorship and coaches - does not promote and support learning industry standard technologies and practices - overworked - uneven load distribution - no Individual Contributor path if you want to be promoted but do not want to be a manager

All in all, the whole company’s attitude is very old fashioned. The management’s lack of connection to reality and modern work ethic is desperate. They call their 4 in-office and 1 woking from home day as a hibryd model which is just ridicuolus thus you dont have a real work life balance. They do not appreciate real work rather than promoting yourself and talking about how much you have achieved rather than reality. To get a promotion only your connections count not the job you have done. The salary is not competitive at all, the annual bonus and salary raise is purely a joke. So, I would highly reconmend to stay away this company if you well being matters.
