Worked in a couple of teams within Business Operations Group in Edinburgh. Good for fresh graduates - opportunity to learn quickly. Nothing else

Cons

The team managers are just not good enough. People have become managers before they are ready for management due to high turnover. Way too US focused. Long working hours - no work life balance The company has grown really fast without having proper plans to cope with the work required in the Operations Group. The list will go on and on
