Pros

Great Culture and Principles of the firm Respects and values employees Opportunities to grow and develop career Great financial benefits like retirement My line of management

Cons

Not much I can think off but feel that some groups might be bureaucratic. I may be completely wrong but have heard a few employees complain about that in their groups.

Pros

Operates at scale; full of bright minds and brilliant investors. Offers literally every type of investments to clients

Cons

Hard to navigate for new joiners; like any large firms with bolt-on acquisitions, has many cultural clashes and people can be sucked into the politics of things. Investment teams need to compete among each other for sales' time
