-company name -decent pay -good experience opportunity

Cons

-rumors of going back 5 days a week -working on 5 things all simultaneously under extremely tight deadlines -terrible training -many people were not helpful in my development and would either ignore me or get snappy when asking questions -no clear communication with management at times
