Very good salary and benefits.
Cons
Company has many layers of managers that try to move people around (almost treating small teams as plug-and-play gadgets), this has resulted in high stressed environment where people have no capacity to help each other. Frequent shifting reporting line has no productivity change. Eg. Splitting up teams to let much smaller number of employees to handle original workload. Newly carve out team were not originally hired to embark on “new” promises by senior leaders, most often had resulted in failed attempts and reversion to previous arrangement and employee turnover.
