- The work load will be super disorganized and manual for the most part. - BlackRock runs on archaic work processes and policies, which means things will get done slowly in the midst of high-pressured deadlines and you'll be relying on numerous spreadsheets for answers and references - You're mandated to come in for 3-days into the office whether you like it or not
