I did not find anything good.

Cons

its waste to spend time working in this political company.only people who knows politics can grow and survive here .full of brainless and cunning people. HR is useless. My suggestion to new joinees ,if you come across any problem with your Manager don't go to HR at last HR listens to Managers. If possible i will give negative stars to this company and management.

I have few points for this one : - On-boarding process by HR (My HR was Akhil Saxena) - Meet & Greet with your manager - Induction by the core members of the Company - Good On-site oppurtunities - Awesome compensation & hike (based truly upon your work and performance) - No politics if you are a smart & hard worker - Food - 1st day @ office (assigned desk & system) - higher management - work life balance - lot of other things

Cons

Can't think of any Cons, Its an amazing company to work with. I regret that I left it. :)
