Great company. BlackRock will continue to be one of the largest and best asset managers. Jobs are secure. The people who work at BlackRock are smart, qualified, and pleasant to work with.

Cons

If you are on the operations side of BlackRock, you will get a salary that is higher than most. But, if you want to be a top earner you will need to be in the revenue generating side of the company.
