enormous breadth and depth of products, solutions, clients, locations, smart people, plus a quite impressive bench of senior leaders. strong brand and culture, strong sense of pride to work for this firm.

Cons

very complex organisation which primarily grew through acquisitions over the past years. very fast pace. compensation and promotion criteria fairly intransparent. sometimes too much talk, and not enough action/exectuion
