Pros

Fairly stable, growing company that is nicely distributed in nearly every financial product

Cons

Strong tendency to hire from outside rather than promote from within. Very uneven distribution of titles. Will have a hard time holding onto people once economy improves.

Not innovative with technology, specifically internal operations systems. Difficult to push large projects through to completion. Takes a long time to integrate the operations of acquired companies.
