Good career advancement ability, great management, supportive atmosphere, very smart people, good training and ability to move to different roles within the company

Cons

Very, very long hours. Poor pay for the hours asked to work, analysts in the most common group regularly log over 60 hours a week for standard street pay (with some cases lower)
