Good work-life balance Flexible Managers with no micro management Big product so good learning opportunities Big name advantage in the market Good internal mobility opportunities

Cons

Compensation doesn't match the big brand name of the company Top-down culture with decisions thrusted on you rather than being discussed Dishonest in terms of company performance feedback - pays on the decline citing bad company performance while the CEO says quite the opposite in townhalls on the same day. Preference to people building good relations/ networking with managers over performance. Over demanding in work but underpaying during compensation discussions
