Pros

Depending on your project, you can get some good coding experience, or atrocious coding experience

Cons

There's extreme manager bias when it comes to compensation and pay. I had grown into a leadership position on a team and was still leveled and paid at an entry level. My team even hired a kid out of college to work underneath me on my team and he came in at a level above me

Pros

Exposure to the aerospace industry, innovation is somewhat encouraged, fair compensation, and good management structure with open leaders

Cons

ITAR is a pain especially if you're interested in core aerospace or working on products for defense users, continuously working with US engineers makes the culture divide very prominent, processes are slow to change, and innovation is rather unstructured.

Pros

Benefits are good, compensated when working overtime.

Cons

Morale is very low, parts of the company do not communicate, jobs are cut when that's the opposite of what needs to happen. The company is very engineering focused and does not value IT.
