Pros

Amount one gets paid for each hour worked is good

Cons

Limited growth opportunities into management or next level. Buddy system among managers, so engineers find it hard to break into it. Also, this new non-sense of equity and diversity makes it hard for merit people to go up the ladder that much harder, compared to other folks with intangible skills which is lot of fluff, weak in engineering (core skill set).

Pros

Everyone was welcoming and friendly and a wonderful place to start your engineer career here. You are in good hands learning with Boeing.

Cons

To a new engineer, may feel a little bit overwhelmed with the knowledge spit right at you but that IS expected as a new hire. You may feel overwhelmed and tired but after a couple of months, you will get the hang of it.
