      Pros

      Good work-life balance. WFH option was available even before Covid.

      Cons

      Higher-level management is incapable of delivering confidence to teams. No Proper clarity on the future work. Legacy applications. Very few benefits compared to other product-based companies. Fewer hikes. Not an apt company for freshers or less experienced people. Managers support and encourage employees who do bootlick. Lots of employees left the organization in the recent times.

      1. Not many projects in pipeline. 2. Working on outdated technologies 3. August 2020 many employees got pink slip. 4. IT&DA India managers are not aggressive in getting projects to India
