      Excellent pay and benefits; mandated training for all employees, global locations, pride in products and services, responsive management and leadership, Boeing bucks can be given from any employee who is happy with your work. Excellent travel system, outstanding centralized customer support, ethics, Lean+, and diversification are preached and practiced.

      Cons

      Mediocre or non-capable managers are everywhere when layoffs are not present. The smallest perceived threat will get you an HR visit. Under performing employees can and do frequently utilize HR to shield them from improving. A very conservative and Republican environment in many locations.
