      Boeing has some great jobs and lots of crappy jobs

      Pros

      There are opportunities within Boeing that is hard to find elsewhere. In the right position, you get to work on some exciting projects.

      Cons

      There could be a lot of red tape (probably the case for most large and old companies). Boeing is not very good at differentiating high v. low performance workers and managers.
