      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. Advantage for movement since it is a large company. Allows for flexible work environment. Builds world class products.

      Cons

      Company is very buerocratic. Decisions are made slowly. Company has a great deal of overhead cost, making it difficult to compete, especially in the defense market.
