Cons
I worked at Boeing for five years before leaving to pursue another opportunity for two years. I have come back to Boeing since that time and now have a different perspective on the company than I did before I left. One of the reasons that I pursued the other employment opportunity was to work for a smaller company. The smaller company that I worked for was exciting and provided a lot of growth for me professionally. Boeing isn't as fast paced and change is harder to incorporate than it was working for a smaller company.
