Boeing reviews

lots of disgruntled hourly employees. not alot of ambitious co-workers. lack of communication from management. boeing dosent hire people based off of mechanical experience and knowledge so I've heard wich is very obvious when you start working and meeting with other "mechanics". they will move you from site to site if you actually are a productive mechanic, changing your commute times and not giving you extra compensation. and if you don't except the move memo you will be terminated. Management also moves you around with no thought in the action and no real reason behind it. at boeing you are just a number.
